Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CÔNG TY TNHH CSOP (“CSOP”, “we”) collects when you use clubcsop.com, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is prepared under Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its guiding decrees.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data we collect

We do not collect or store your bank card numbers or online banking passwords. You pay by bank transfer through your own bank.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as health, political or religious information).

3. Why we use your data

  • To process, deliver and track your order.
  • To handle exchanges, refunds, complaints and customer service.
  • To send order emails (confirmation, payment and shipping updates).
  • To keep accounting and tax records required by Vietnamese law.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to remember your cart, language and currency.
  • To send news and promotions, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not use your data for any other purpose without telling you first and, where required, asking for your consent.

By ticking the agreement box at checkout, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes in section 3. Silence or not responding is never treated as consent. Marketing emails require separate consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing underwater@clubcsop.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still keep data we are required to keep by law (for example, invoices).

5. Who we share your data with

We share only the data each party needs to do its job:

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

6. International transfers

If your order is delivered outside Vietnam, your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier and customs authorities in the destination country. Some of our IT service providers may also store data outside Vietnam. When data leaves Vietnam, we follow the procedures required by Vietnamese law.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, such as keeping items in your cart and remembering your language and currency. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may then not work properly.

8. How long we keep your data

After these periods, we delete or anonymize your data.

9. Your rights

Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is processed;
  • give, refuse or withdraw consent;
  • access your data and ask us to correct it;
  • ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or stop processing it;
  • object to marketing;
  • file a complaint, or seek compensation if your rights are violated.

To use any of these rights, email underwater@clubcsop.com with your name and order number (if any). We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within the time required by law.

10. How we protect your data

The website uses SSL encryption. Only authorized staff can access customer data, and only for the purposes in this policy. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

11. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Important changes will be announced on the website.

This policy is effective from November 2026.
