General Terms and Conditions of Transaction

These terms apply to every purchase made on clubcsop.com from CÔNG TY TNHH CSOP. By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agree to them.

2. Scope

These terms cover all orders placed through clubcsop.com, for delivery in Vietnam and abroad, including Korea, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. They work together with our policies published on this website:

If a policy and these terms differ, these terms apply. Before you place an order, you must tick the box confirming you agree to these terms.

3. Products and prices

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including fabric, sizes and care instructions. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). The price shown at checkout includes VAT, packaging, shipping and any other applicable costs. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only; the amount you pay is the one shown at checkout. For orders delivered outside Vietnam, an international shipping surcharge is added at checkout, so the final price includes shipping. It does not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country; these are paid by the customer.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical error, we will contact you before processing the order. You may then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of anything you paid.

4. Orders and payment

  1. You choose your products, sizes and colors, and complete checkout.
  2. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number (for example, CSOP-2218).
  3. You pay by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, using your order number as the transfer reference.
  4. We begin processing your order once your payment has been received.

If payment is not received within 3 business days, we may cancel the order. A product is reserved for you only after payment is received.

Your purchase contract with CSOP is formed when we confirm your order by email.

5. Processing and delivery

All products are in stock and ready to ship. Every order is processed at our headquarters within 1 business day after payment is received, then shipped:

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, because of carrier delays, or while an international shipment clears customs.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. When the package arrives, check that it is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the package is damaged, take photos and contact us right away.

6. Exchanges

We exchange items free of charge in these cases:

For orders delivered outside Vietnam: if the item is defective, or we sent the wrong model or size, we also pay the shipping both ways. Defect claims require photo or video proof. For a size change, the exchange itself is free, but the customer pays the shipping both ways: returning the item to us and sending the replacement back.

Conditions

  • You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • If your size is out of stock, you may exchange for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you pay the price difference.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us by hotline or email with your order number, the item, and the reason.
  2. For a defect or wrong item, include clear photos or a video of the item and its packaging. Proof is required for all defect claims.
  3. We confirm the exchange and explain how to send the item back.
  4. Once we receive and check the item, we send the replacement.

7. Refunds and cancellations

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we offer free exchanges as described in section 6.

We will refund the amount you paid in full, by bank transfer, in these cases:

  • We cancel your order (for example, the item is out of stock or listed at a wrong price) and you do not accept an alternative.
  • An item is defective or wrong, and no replacement or equal-value alternative is available.
  • A refund is otherwise required by Vietnamese consumer protection law.

You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the order can only be exchanged under section 6.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Vietnamese law.

8. Your responsibilities, privacy and intellectual property

Your responsibilities. You agree to give accurate name, phone, email and delivery details, and to use this website lawfully. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Privacy. We collect only the personal information needed to process and deliver your order and to provide customer service. We do not sell your information. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property. The CSOP name, logo, photos, designs and website content belong to CÔNG TY TNHH CSOP. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Liability and force majeure

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, network outages or carrier disruptions. If this happens, we will inform you and offer a new delivery date or a full refund.

10. Complaints and disputes

Contact us by hotline (+84 943 337 942) or email (underwater@clubcsop.com), including your order number. We reply to all enquiries within 48 hours.

We will try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion first. If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled by a competent court in Vietnam. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If these terms exist in both Vietnamese and English and the versions differ, the Vietnamese version applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are effective from November 2026 to November 2027.
